2. Technical department staff further qualifies the candidate to determine the level of technical expertise
3. Web based skills testing further qualifies the candidate skill level in specialized areas

When a positive match is made between a candidate and a client's needs, approval is obtained for submission of the resume to our client. When an interview is established, a member of the Matrix team accompanies the candidate. Matrix will negotiate on the candidate's behalf until the client extends an offer of employment.
